傷つきやすい人が救われるために実践すべきこと

傷つかないために強くなる必要は、たぶん、ない。

こういう疑問に対する優等生的な答えは「誰も君のことなどたいして気にしてはいないよ」だ。ちょっとした人の言動や行動の端々に自分に対する悪意を感じ取るなんていうのは、まずもって自意識過剰の類だろう。他人を意識的に傷つけるにはそれなりの労力が要る。よほど相手に興味がない限り、そんな面倒なことはしない。もの凄く暇な学生とかなら暇つぶしに人を傷つけるような薄らトンカチもいるかもしれない。これはイジメの一変種になる。けれども、往々にして些細なことで傷つく心性というのは、自家撞着やら被害妄想の世界でしかない。これがひとつの答え。

けれども、そう頭で理解していても疑心暗鬼は止まらない。その疑心暗鬼はどこからくるのか。たぶん、過剰な自己愛だ。傷つきやすい人の頭の中に他人はいない。いい古されたことではある。他人の言動が気になるのは、その人に興味があるからではなく、その人の目に映る自分が気になるからだ。確かに自分で自分を評価することは難しい。自己満足という言葉があるけれど、自己だけで満足できる人は少ない。たいていは人に認められることで満足する。だから問題は、同じように他を認める人たり得ているか、だ。認められたいばかりだと需給のバランスは崩れる。

自己愛なんかじゃない、私は自分が嫌いだという人がいる。そうだろうか。本当に自分が嫌いな人は人に好かれたいなんて思わない。ぼく自身、嫌いとまではいわないまでも、あまり自分のことが好きじゃない。だから、人に好かれると困る。戸惑う。なんでこんなのが好きなんだよおかしいんじゃないの、とか思ってしまう。好かれるのに慣れていないせいもあるかもしれない。ところが、人には好かれたいのに自分が嫌いだという人がいる。これは「人に好かれない自分は嫌い」という意味なんだろうと思う。だから、人に好かれた途端「自分大好き」になる可能性は高い。

畢竟、傷つきやすいのも自分が嫌いなのも、それは自分が大好きな証拠である。これは決して悪いことじゃない。そして、程度の差はあれみんなそういう側面はある。そして、自分を認めてくれる人を求めている。だから、傷つきやすい人に必要なのは「認められる」ことなんかじゃないし、ましてや「強くなる」ことなんかでは全然ない。何よりもまず人を認めることだ。人の目に映る自分ではなく、その人自身を見ることだ。これはきれいごとなんかじゃない。あくまでも正攻法だ。誰かと「認め合う」ことは、過剰な自己愛からの開放を意味する。これが最終的な答え。

クレクレ厨が相手にされにくいのは、ネットもリアルもそう変わらない。
